What to include
A clear message gets a faster answer. Tell us:- The email address you sign in with, and the name of your workspace.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The exact words of any message on screen. If Meta refused something, Companion quotes what Meta said. Copy that in.
- Which WhatsApp number, customer, template or broadcast it concerns.
- When it happened.
- Whether it was on the web or in the phone app. For the phone app, add the version shown at the foot of the Settings tab.
Check the status page first
If Companion looks broken for everyone on your team, look at status.msgcompanion.com. It shows whether the service is having problems. You can also open it from the app: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Service status.Help inside the app
The app has its own Help page with answers to common questions. The answers are written for your role, so you are not sent to a screen you cannot open.1
Open Help
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Help centre.
