Only the owner can change billing. Admins can see the plan, usage and invoices, but not change them.

Change plan
On Billing, choose Explore plans, then Upgrade or Downgrade under the plan you want. The summary shows the amount for today.- Moving up. The difference for the time left in your current billing period is taken from your card now. Your billing date stays the same.
- Moving down. Unused time is kept as credit and comes off your next invoices. It is not refunded to your card.
Moving down while over a limit
Nothing you have set up is switched off. You keep what you have, and you cannot add more of anything that is past the smaller plan’s limits. For example, if you have eight workflows switched on and move to Starter, they all keep running, but you cannot switch on another until fewer than five are on. Seats work differently, because everyone keeps a seat: the extra seats you need on the smaller plan are added to its price. Remove a member first if you want to avoid that.Switch between monthly and yearly
On the plans page, pick Monthly or Annual, then choose Switch to annual or Switch to monthly under your current plan. Your billing date moves to the day you switch.Add or remove seats

- If you cancel during a free trial after choosing a plan, the trial runs to its end and no payment is taken.
- After the plan ends, sending, broadcasts and workflows stop. Messages from customers still arrive, and your conversations and settings are kept.
- You can change your mind at any time before the plan ends. Choose Keep my plan on Billing.
